1I have lost my keys to my Ducati motorbike. Can you replace them?
Yes, we can replace all Ducati keys. From Red keys to all new models. We have the software required to program new model Ducati's.
2My motorbike was in an accident. Can you do an estimate for the repairs?
We can do estimates for all motorbikes [except Harleys and Japanese models earlier than 2010]. We will write the estimate, take photos of the damage and submit the claim to your insurance company. We will work with them to have your motorbike repaired and back on the road.
3My motorbike is still under warranty, will servicing the bike with you void the manufacturer warranty?
No, if you read in your owner's manual, you are allowed to service your motorbike at any motorcycle repair shop of your choosing. We use only OEM service parts for all of your routine services.
4How soon can I get an appointment for service?
We can fit most services in within the week. If it is an emergency, we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible.
5Do you replace tires?
Yes, we stock a large selection of Pirelli Tires and can order most others within 2 days.
6I would like to increase performance to my motorbike. Do you offer that service?
We offer various levels of performance upgrades. Upgrade recommendations are on an individual basis to best suit your needs.
