We ship during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday morning prior to 9 am will be processed before the end of the business day on Monday. Most items will be shipped within 48 hours after processing, but we reserve the right to take up to five business days to process shipping. We use UPS and depending on the size and weight of the item extra charges will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Return Policy:

  • All parts are sold “AS IS,” with no warranty.
  • All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds, and there are absolutely no returns on electrical parts. This applies to all new and used parts and accessories.
  • We assure you that we have done our best to describe our products, however, if an item arrives to you not as described, the item may be returned unused and in the original packaging within seven days and we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit.
